Film Actor Clint Eastwood famously said, “a man’s gotta know his limitations.” We do.
So it’s extremely rare that we say Yes to these anymore. We’ve done less than a handful in a decade (for our sins). The issue is our team size.
Experience has proven time and again that first time implementations require too much handholding by too many people. That time is where the scarring, process and adjustments fall into place - and woo-boy it can be a costly free-fall.
